Also Win 7 64bit ultimate. I play on a notebook.

My choice of pronouns is based on your avatar. Even if I know what is behind the avatar.

Do you really need to ask if a commercial product runs on the latest windows operating system - one that's not exactly new either? Some looking here might help too.

Come on - please use some common sense ShockedRoll

[fake edit] Asking for common sense on a forum - failure on my part Oops

Perhaps a more interesting question is, how does it run on Win8?

Personally I'd just stick with XP unless you're buying a new PC.Ugh

I've had plenty of commercial products not run on Win 7. I respect someone a lot more for forseeing potential complecations and attempting to circumvent them early, than one that just assumes everything will be alright due to insert-common-sense reason here.

The birth of science happened because some people realized that common sense just didn't cut it.

Obviously you are too smart for the rest of us, why don't you try some other forum.

No it doesnt, only an OS blessed with the spiritual ice from iceland are able to run EVE. Send me 500 million isk in game and I can send a special limited edition OS to iceland to be blessed and you shall be able to run EVE smoothlessly.

Very True, but highly likely because they didn't have a spec page telling them it WOULD work. Shocked

Smart? No one here claims to be smart (ok, some do, but not me). Pointing out something for someone to learn to help themselves is obviously frowned upon by you.

This question doesn't really apply anymore.

I have some friends who tell me they're afraid to get new games because they're not sure if it works on W7. No, I don't think Skyrim works on Windows 7 guys, kinda common sense really. Wait for a patch.

You're right, The Question doesn't apply any more and while that's very true what you say about games, it mainly applies when an OS is newer than the games themselves and, as you say, there has been no patch.

Both Windows 7 and Eve are mature enough to not be a problem otherwise the good people of the interwebs would be super-bitching on these very forums.

Smoothlessly?
Nice one. I like people who aren't afraid to make new words.
What is wrong with a simple "smoothly"?
