Hey everyone, new to the game and I've been told repeatedly I should get out to Null Sec if I really want to experience what the game has to offer. Sitting on a whopping 225k of SP currently, been training up a lot of the basic skills I'll need before I expand my abilities to some larger ships. I'll be the first to admit, I have a problem. I suffer from an overactive drive to research as much as I can about the games I play, so I may be new but I'm doing my best to brush up on as much as I can. Just looking for a Corp/Alliance that would be willing to drag me out to low sec and teach me the ropes.

Just some info about my character:
For the most part just flying around in my Punisher, but I pretty much have everything other than the actually cruiser skill itself needed to fly a cruiser (aiming for the Maller currently). One of my friends has had me out webbing and cleaning up for him in level 4 missions, so I took it upon myself to train to fly a Noctis as well, so I can help with cleaning up missions if needed. I have my Bestower up and moving as well, though my Amarr Industrial is only at 1 atm. If anyone wants to know anything else just send me message or ask in here.

Look forward to flying with you guys soon!

Edit: Also, I have a working mic and access to Vent/TS and the like.

One thing I did forget to mention is that I am very much interested in getting into some Alliance based fleet pvp. Don't care what the FC needs me to fly, I'll do the time needed to fly and fit anything effectively.

Hi there Ori! Always good to see some fresh blood in the game!

Now for the quick and dirty...

Legion of Darkwind is currently recruiting a variety of members. We live in Caldari hi-sec, on the border of low and null (all within four jumps) and do frequent roams out into low security space or null if we feel like bothering some Russians.

As for activities, we offer everything from misions to incursions or industry to mining. We often team up with other members of the alliance to plow through missions together, and it is one of the favorite activities of our members when we aren't being griefed (which only leads to more PvP practice anyway :P).

We have absolutely no skill requirement, so that 225k sp is looking mighty fine. I'll warn you right now, most of our guys fly Caldari. But seeing as how I fly Gallente (some weird delusion they'd be good someday), it's not a strict rule by any means.

We're primarily US TZ, but that is in no way a requirement for joining. If you're interested, mail me in-game or contact Pyrotech03 to chat more in depth.

Good luck finding a home, and fly safe! Hope to hear from you!

I'll probably hit you up in game when I get a chance (visiting friends for the holiday), pester you with some questions.

Anyone else recruiting? Looking for some big alliance activities, even if I have to go through some recruitment process/newbie training.

Some people... Don't spam me with add links if you are not going to read my post. I don't even have one mill sp and your corp wants at least 15m...

Hey mate,

If' you're new and want to get into PvP, I'd recommend this corp: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=588856

It's very solid and been around since 2006. We do small gang PvP where one person can make a difference.

I myself started playing this game 4 months ago and have been PvPing only for the last 3 months, but with a good result - have a look at my killboard. Really good place to learn.

Cheers,

Hey, mailed you back in game. Not sure what the hold up was, but we'll get if figured out if you're still interested. I'll be on tomorrow night about this same time (6:00-8:00 EVE time).

We're not a big alliance though, but I suppose working in a smaller one could give you a more intimate feel for how alliance activities work. Feel free to shoot me any questions via mail if you don't see me on; I usually check it via EVEgate throughout the day.
