Since there is sometimes a substantial latency having modules deactivate on the destruction of their target and not being able to set a new target before their cycle expires can cause a substantial drop in firepower that isn't based on anything thats supposed to be in game.

By allowing a set of targets that the module fires on in order until the destruction of the target this could be completely eliminated. In the case of logistics modules it would be until the target is fully repaired. Also they would be able to immediately resume fireing on reloading instead of waiting for the latency of sending the command again. Also this would apply to establishing targets for the ship.

By hitting the hotkey for a module it would set the next target for that module instead of deactivating it unless it was set to the same target it is already on which would still deactivate it.
