Only encounter I've ever had with an Arazu was when one warped right on top of me in nullsec. Didn't even have time to scream for help on comms before it asploded.

Many of my experiences with an arazu are similar - it isn't exactly a combat ship but it is the only cloaky recon that can win a decent chunk of fights it might happen across, and its a great scout with its point bonus.
