Over / Under on when a node goes BOOM!?

I was docked around 23:59 and getting ready to undock for the New Year's Eve thing in Umokka.

There were about 1800 people in local.

I tried to undock. Nada.

Tried to relog and that character just sits at the loading screen.

So I'm guessing the over / under when a node goes boom around 1750.
