Give the Komodo Titan an ECM related bonus instead of fighter bay?

Right now the Komodo is the only Titan with a unique bonus that can be de-fanged very easily. And it might be the only one, ever. I was wondering what is the design logic behind this?

It's possible to give the Komodo an ECM related bonus - such as being able to fit Burst Projectors, OR, getting a massive boost to ECM jammer strength so they can fit a LIMITED number of ECM modules, strong enough to have a meaningful chance of jamming other supercapitals.

Lore-wise, I know Guristas typically get bonuses in missile, resists, and drones. But lore-wise, it is also technically possible for Guristas to manufacture ships with ECM bonus, because the Chameleon has ECM bonus.

Fitting ECM instead of Tank on a Shield Tanked Titan is suicidal.

Also, while you can relatively easily kill Fighters that also makes the Komodo the only Titan able to swap between an anti-Capital and anti-Subcap role on the fly.

IMO you're under rating the fighters and overrating ECM. Plus we really don't need capital grade ECM. That just seems like a poor plan all around considering the current state of ECM and how it interacts with Capital ships.

Is there a minimum range on the ECM Burst Projector?

Seems like a good way to break tackle while in lowsec.
