..so FW itself generates content, instead of being farmville with an overlap of PVPers (actual content creators) shooting each other just because.

Fleets are just a drop of water on the tier ocean, stabbed farmer alts and LP prices are the main factors determining who is on top.

Tier should affect store prices instead of raw LP gains, to minimize this moronic snowball effect.

Also i would reset complex timers on warp out to encourage PVP fits and defending your own ****, reducing the timer to -33% to compensate. Or at very least make it rollback at x2 speed while no one is capturing.

And while you're at it, introduce PVP dailies instead of this autistic agency kill 20 rats for 0.1 plex kind of missions. Hell, you could even make concord issue dailies to positive sec pilots, to destroy X ammount of negative sec pilots.

Make non-sov space great again.
