Please give us a "restart extractors" from the Planet list

Let us right click a planet and restart extractors using the same duration as it was last set to.

Personally, I would appreciate just being able to tell whether extractor cycles are over or not from the Planetary Colony window. Some of my planets are on 7 day cycles. Others as little as 2. It's a little tiresome to click on every single planet on every single character. Sometimes it's even unclear if the cycle is over just looking at the extractor, because the progress bar is a tiny sliver.

This would be nice... but I have a feeling (based on the moon mining changes) that CCP will be looking to change PI to make it more interactive rather than less.
