Raitaru secure timer

I have been using someone else's Raitaru to run industry jobs.

This morning the Raitaru has a secure timer, and all the jobs have paused.

What is this secure timer?

What will happen to my industry jobs?

Without knowing more details...

It would appear that the owner of the structure is being attacked (check to see it there are any live WarDecs) - and the structure has been reinforced - probably shield only at this stage.

All processes at the structure have now paused.

I would - go to the structure - cancel your jobs - and move your stuff away.

However, it may be that the owners defend the next timer (for armor) - or even the final timer (for hull) in the future and, once repaired, the structure processes/modules could be turned back on again - and your jobs will continue.

Choosing the above carries minimal risk - as even if the structure is destroyed; then your assets will go into Asset Safety and you will get them back in a little while.

As it seems you aren't aware of all that - I would go and read up.

The owning corp doesn't have any current wardecs.

I believe it is the 9 hour vulnerability timer that is running.

I moved all my hard assets out of the station.

I'll wait and see what happens to the industry jobs when the timer finishes.

If its highsec and there is no wardecs, then move your crap back in, you cant bash a highsec cit without a wardec.

When the raitaru secure timer ran out, a 1 hour vulnerability timer started.

When the vulnerability timer ran out, it went back to a 23 hour secure timer.

All the production jobs are still paused.

I tried sending eve-mail the the corp CEO to find out what's going on. No response, yet.

So, apparently, when the Raitaru's owner decides to remove all of the service modules and start un-anchoring the structure, the industry jobs stop. And, there is no way for the customers to recover the production materials.

That would do it.
Doesnt asset safety cover things in production?

Now we see what the situation is....

And no - any materials used in Research/Production after the job has been submitted are lost.

BPOs will go into Asset safety - as will any other materials/ships that are left in the structure.

So, yes, you have the situation where the owner offers the services - but takes no responsibility for any attempt to keep them running, or inform his customers.
