I would say 1.5b worth of assets would be considered reasonable.

Then sadly, like banks, you're not a trusted person.

Most people will take a loan of 10 Bill (Example), they offer a JF and a few shiny mods they don't want to get rid of. They take the loan to put up moons or invest in something.

End of the month, it's paid back + interest.

If you do not have anything of value, no one can trust you.
