How to claim the Agency Booster

I've just passed the prerequisite number of points (195) to claim the second Agency prize, the Booster, yet I can't see anywhere to claim it. It's not showing up under the 'Redeem Items' button and nor has it been deposited anywhere in any station or ship.

So, just how does one get their hands on it? Or is this yet another bloody bug?

Pretty sure its active on login when available, its not an item, the agency boosters are pretty trash really because they only last 30 minutes from login on the first login of that day

Pretty sure its just designed to encourage people to look in to the real boosters

Don't think it's that, as the timer says that my next log-in booster is the bog-standard Agency Speed Booster I, not the one that's offered at 195pts.

I had the same thing happen. I submitted a ticket. Got a response that assumed I was complaining about not getting points for a mission (which happened during the first couple days) and saying that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it. However, as the response did not cover my problem I restated that it was the actual award I didn't get and I submitted it again. We'll see.
I did the the cap for the first reward. And while I really don't care about the booster, I don't want to continue doing these agency things if the reward system is borked.
