Engineering Complex Rigs effect in SDE/ESI

I've been hunting through the SDE and ESI (specifically looking at the dogma endpoints) and can't work out exactly which group or category of blueprints that a rig affects. Is this available currently or should I manually set the category/group IDs that a rig will impact based on the description?
