Plate fits = mostly PvP.

For PvE fits, you want to focus on resistance and repping. Here is a fairly blingy fit that will handle C3 sites with ease:

Medium Armor Repairer II + 800mm Steel Plates II = Sh!t fit. No way around that one mate.

Here is a fit I made a little while back, A corpie of mine runs it. Can do all of the C3 Anoms . Its best to kill the towers in the outpost (at least 1 or 2) but the other sites its not needed.

I doubt you could clear a C3 with those fits, The tank looks OK but with 0 webs and Beams you cant kill an orbiting frig. Takes 1 web and Pulse to hit Defenders and 2 webs with beams or rails.
