I have twice so far gotten notices that a t2 WDFG with a script can only reach 28.8km instead of the expected 34.56km given my skills.

17:35:02 000000000 is too far away to use your Focused Warp Disruption on, it needs to be closer than 28,800 meters.

28.8 is what you get with no skill in heavy interdictors, so its not being applied i guess.
