Unable to Name Ships

When I try to name any ship I receive the message " You Can't Rename Objects That You Do Not Have Access Too."

When I allow my character's name to remain in the dialogue box after selecting Change Name, the same message appears.

Two days ago it seemed to just be certain ships, yesterday was all ships and then containers.

First time I saw it I actually laughed as the ship was in my hanger ... how else could I try to rename

Nothing clever at this time.

This bug just happened to me. You can rename a ship, if you're undocked. Just not in station.

Works in stations, but not in citadels

I have a list of over 5 other cases, which, while not directly related, are symptomatic of system overload.

What happens is that, once the code gets overloaded in the hardware, the behavior changes to other results than expected or than before.

Of course, the right way to fix this, is to adjust the code.
There is no code that can fix hardware overload however.
That is why hardware is hardware and software runs on hardware.
(The same thing for OS, it runs on hardware too.)

So, let's say you have a variable 'A' which loads the index for the name field for the items, ships, container.
That variable is linked to an authorization field which shows up when you can't rename the item.
It states something like, "You Can't Rename Objects That You Do Not Have Access Too." which can be interpreted as , you don't own the citadel, even if your corp does, therefore you may not change the names.

This works in space.

Is the same issue occurring in citadel or in other stations than citadel stations?
Do you have videos?

Confirmed undocking enables you to rename your ship, quite difficult to undock in a station warehouse container tho.

I've tested this on 3 or my accounts.
Results show that:
1. Re-naming of ships or container is no problem in a STATION.
2. Re-naming ships while in space is no problem.
3. Re-naming anything while in a citadel or engineering complex does NOT work.

I hope this helps someone figure it out
