I just noticed some free skill points that I hadn't been aware of.

Any body else?
Skill removal?
Down time reimbursement?
Any reason why?

Skill queue stopped for everyone for a period of several hours a couple of weeks ago. CCP rectified the issue and reimbursed the missing skill points.

Oh. Also, T3 subsystems were reduced from 5 to 4 in the recent T3 rebalance. The appropriate skill points were refunded.

Yes

One reimbursement for people who have lost some skill training time, because their queue stopped.

And one for the removal of the four electronic subsystem skills IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ONE WEEK TO THE STRATEGIC CRUISER REBALANCE!

The SP was different on the different accounts, so I couldn't place it to one thing.
Two issues makes sense now.
