I'm in Jita and want to sell "Men's Exoplanets Hunter T-Shirt" there are buy orders at that very station i am at, but for some reason i am unable to sell it. Selling other items does work though.

That is a market scam.

Person who put up the first 2 orders at 15 million each, has trained the Margin Trading skill (under the Trade category). This skill is intended to let you set up more buy orders than you have money for, with the idea that you'll fill up your wallet later to keep up with paying out the prices.

This skill allows someone to set up that 15 million ISK buy, but only subtracts 4 million from their wallet as the "reserve". Then the person makes sure that their wallet is empty (0 isk), so when you try to sell to the 15 million order, the system demands the remaining 9 million from the person's wallet, and because it's not there, it fails the sales transaction, and offers the next valid buy offer (10 ISK) to you.

The scam is that someone who doesn't pay attention will click Accept on the 10 ISK order, which is the only buy offer that actually works, in your screenshot.

EDIT: EVE University has a guide on the various scams, how to detect and avoid them.

Thanks for the explanation, i have actually googled it and did read about the Margin Trading scam, but the people said you stil get the sell dropdown but get an error message when you actually try to sell it. Seems like that has changed.

if it were the margin trading scam the buy orders would disappear as they fail, they are still there, so it couldn't have been that.

What it looks like to me is that the item is assembled, meaning it can't be sold on the market. Try rightclicking the shirt and seeing if it has a repackage option in the menu. Repackaged items will have a number on them showing how many items are in the stack. in this case there is no number.

There are no sell orders. Sell it for 100 and send me 20.

It seems that you can't repackage it. Seems like a bug to me, since you can put up buy orders on the market, but are unable to sell it through the market.
