Containers in Science and Industry window

Why do some containers inside of corp hangars show up in the Science and Industry window's Inputs and Outputs menus but not others?

Is there some specific option that needs to be set for them to appear and be usable in this way?

try using different type of container also industry window will not show any bpo/bpc after 10k items limit (for items being shown)has been reached.
