İ right clicked a skillbook and accidentally clicked inject how can i take it back?

You cannot.

Once injected, it goes into your character sheet, in the list of skills, and there is no button or option to take it out and get a skillbook again. Your only option is to buy another book from the market.

You can't get the skillbook back since its been used up and now you have that skill to be trained if you choose.

However, you can often get more of these skillbooks for free as follows:

Open Agent finder
Selecr Career category for your particular faction (just the main faction Caldari, Galente, Amar, Minmitar) leave the corporation set to "any"

You will notice there are several agents offering same career path you just did, just go to another one and run same missions again, you'll get the same skillbook and some other stuff for completing the missions.
