here is my tip
do not let Echo Chambers form within your corporation there are supposed to be working together not socializing by their selves at that point you basically have 2 corporations within 1 Corporation are not really talking with each other

try to find a way to force them to work together without making it look like you are because that can lead to complete dismantling of your Corp and definitely make sure none of your directors are a part of one without you knowing about it and also make sure they're not talking **** about each other after all they're meant to work together

you do not want factions in your Corp there's supposed to be a part of one your corporation

I would like you guys to share some of your own tips

It requires A LOT of work on your part. Because you have to provide the "fun", organize the ops, find something to do each evening, all the time. The corp members just want to participate, and you can get some taxes out of them, or shared ships, or whatever, but you have to provide the "fun" to balance that. They're logging in each evening to do something, and you better have something organized when they do.

I disagree with Memphis Bass, the CEO in an EvE corp is essentially the same as a CEO in real corp. Essentially the CEO's primary function is to coordinate and control the actions of others within the corp, a CEO should not be spending all their time actually planning activities.

Directors and senior members of the corp are your primary planners of things and they will likely be the primary group that leads events and activities for the corp. Corp members themselves can be a valuable resource for planning and running events and activities so do not overlook them especially in the case you outlined where you have a group that is off by themselves.

How would I handle the situation you outline?
First thing I would do is engage them in a conversation and try to find out why they are always off by themselves instead of being involved in what the rest of the corp is doing, how to proceed would depend entire on the reasons they give you.

Perhaps they do not like the events the corp has, if this is the case then encourage and help them to plan an event based around what they like to do. But remember your role here is facilitate the planning and execution of the activity they want your role is not to plan or execute that activity.

Perhaps they feel like they are outsiders, not accepted as part of the group. In a real corp this is a relatively easy problem to resolve because you have more tools available to monitor and control the interactions. In EvE this one can be difficult because you cannot monitor or control most of the ways the people involved interact. In the end this situation may simply come down to asking players to leave the corp, or you may have to kick one or more of them out. If / when you get to this point in the process you need to be careful and talk to everyone in the corp because you want to find the source of the problem and remove them and that source is not always obvious from a first look. In your situation that small group may not be the problem, the real problem may be one or more of the other members of the corp.
