I figured out the biggest problem with the new player experience

the first month of playing Eve online is the most boring part of any game I've ever played

I recommend giving all the alpha skills to players learned already to their cap

The Learning Experience is not the problem it's the fun Factor

break the stupid MMO trend of making the early game the most boring

it's easier to teach somebody how to play a game if they're enjoying it

here's some more ideas of mine

new Mission agents maybe one for hacking it doesn't have to give the good stuff or Garbage either from data and Relic sites it can give something else components you can use to make modules

more stuff like project discovery

random Mission offers why you're flying around in space they do not cost you any standings if you fail them but the rewards don't necessarily have to be great it would keep new players constantly moving and doing something and also if it gets annoying for some people they can turn it off

an add more newbie friendly content in 0.0 other words pve a newbie would be able to do in 0.0
