Hey there i am quite new to wormholes and wondered:

Is there a way to log my scan results on some kind of website? Like what have i scanned so far in various holes, which signature id is which sites (figured out jumping out and back into a hole clears all scan results and ignored sites) ?

There are several mapping tools that do this for you.
I highly recommend Pathfinder or Siggy, Tripwire also exists.
