I have to RMA my video card so I was wondering if in the meantime I could run EVE at all on the onboard GPU. This is a desktop.

CPU: i5 7600k (Kaby Lake)

I have an Iris Pro 580, Skylake processor so YMMV a bit. Your onboard graphics should be able to handle Eve just fine, however, keep an eye out for if it starts locking your system up. I'd recommend trying it with something like HWMonitor in the background to keep an eye on the thermals for the first few hours, just see how your system handles it that way.

I have been running eve on the same Intel HD for 2 years now. All on low settings. I cant do huge fleet fights, but i can handle 300 or so people in local just fine.
