Problem warping to some Cosmic Signatures

I've recently run into a problem when trying to warp to two different Cosmic Signatures. In both cases, when I give the command to warp to the signature, I am instead warped to a nearby structure. I've looked around in various locations, but I haven't been able to find any mentions of this issue elsewhere.

The two signatures in question are as follows:

Bamiette - WKV-020 - Relic Site - Crumbling Serpentis Stone Formation - redirects to "Bamiette - JC V" Austrahus

Annaro - VXM-091 - Data Site - Local Guristas Virus Test Site - redirects to "Annaro - INGSOC Prime" Raitaru
