I am looking to start producing capital ships for the Gal/Cal FW areas of space.

Who or what entities would be interested?
What is a fair pricing mechanism to you?
Would you be looking to purchase Fully Fit ships or just hulls?
If looking for fit hulls would you provide the fitting link in game?
