fun fact: just about every American player could correctly assume my motivations with this one.

I can safely assume the reason we don't already have this function is because there'd be more one finger salutes than a daily drive through Los Angeles, but fear not! can we simply go without customizing a hand gesture! i believe these would be all the presets we need, available by sliders in an option. those options being:

1. open hand (need those for those dabs!)
2. a closed fist
3 and 4, two sets of finger guns, which come in one and two finger variants
5 the "Rap Hand" which this video should explain very easily.

this should get rid of quite a few "silent **** yous" from around the world. the only problem remaining is stoping people from putting the fist in the elbow of the opposite hand, and since this is a more european gesture i'm not gonna bother linking it. but i think you could limit the motion of bringing your arm out in front of you vertically like that.

of course trolls are gonna find SOMEthing to exploit this. but since we've greatly reduced options by that set of guidelines, i think were all set here.
