Or a state sponsored weapon if you're Caldari. Or the best your tribe has to offer the cause if your Minmatar. Or a most holy and dutiful member of the Faith and a holder if your Amarr.

By the way, since we're already talking, do you want to buy a rifter? I've got the cheapest rifters in Metropolis. If you can find a cheaper rifter, buy it!
