Lol I bully t3s out of these sites all the time. Get a ship with high DPS.

If you can't handle competition go to one of the thousands of other systems with sites in them.
Future events possibly if the drops were more important.
But these are pretty low rewards.

Jackdaws suck.

Ccp asked us how we wanted rewards for sites to be after the serpentis event, this was our reply because in this game we like to **** with eachother.

The vast VAST majority of loot in hi-sec is worthless skins anyways, you're not missing out on much.

Does loot change in null? I jumped to highsec to farm these and haven't noticed much difference.
