Is there a website like evecentral.com for BPOs? I am having a hard time finding any BPOs that are selling for the average price that Eve shows for it. It would be great if it showed the location and prices for all BPOs.

https://eve-marketdata.com is usually going to be your best bet. some BPOs are only available in NPC Null though so make sure to search all regions not just hi-sec.
