It has some appeal but completely dark, gaping holes in the hangar are not that great to look at all the time. On citadels, it would be awesome if the lights in the hangars and outside would follow the activity pattern of the citadel. In other words, if it's vulnerable and at the supposed height of the holder's activity, the hangar is brighter, more ships fly around and more lights swirl around outside.

    --

Looking at citadels seems to be broken. When I press C and then click on a citadel/EC in the overview or in space, the camera just resets to some kind of default position on the ship and does not look at the citadel at all.

For some reason you have screwed with the columns of the survey scanner.

You have either added or moved a 'volume' column, and do not allow any options to move or remove any columns.

Please give this option, as its a pain in the ass and makes the window larger than it needs to be.
We added a volume column to this window yes, but we don't have any plans to implement a column filter for window at this time. Out of curiosity and to potentially help the case for future iteration, whats your use case for removing this column?

I only need the quantity and distance, volume is pretty irrelevant in a Rorq.

Therefore, after these changes, to make the window as small as possible I have to reduce the volume column to its smallest size, but this still leaves a column in the middle of the useful data with a few numbers in it. So, I have to make the scanner window larger to accommodate this useless column.

If you cannot implement a filter window, how about putting it at the end instead of the middle ? Then I can shrink the window to hide it.

Out of curiosity, what was your use case for adding this column ? Its pretty pointless as you can see the volume as you are mining the rock.

Something odd is going on with PI.

When I load a planet now, intermittently I will see the structures that I have built stay static on the screen while the planet rotates around to where I dropped my command center. Once the planet rotates completely around, the structures appear where the should. Never once seen that before today despite a few years of PI.

And How do we solve the login issue?

There is a known issue, that corporation industry jobs in Upwell structures cannot be delivered, if the office is no longer rented. Would this be the case for your corporation? If yes, then the bug will probably be fixed with the patch on Thursday (as workaround you can re-rent the office, if available). If your case is anyhow different, then please send a bug report, add as much details as possible and mention my name in the title of the report - then I'll investigate this with top priority.

I am getting massive lag when I try to do anything in game. By massive in mean 20 second to 3 minutes. I get a long black screen any time the game has to load anything. (leaving a station, leaving a system, etc.) I am getting lag when moving item in the hanger or trying to open a fitting, etc.
I have run a speed test, <1ms, down 6.69 Mbps, up 10.13 Mbps. I have ran maintenance on my computer and had no improvement.
Is anyone else having these issues?

Tab key no longer moves between fields sensibly on creating courier contracts, it seems to jump to the new Est. Price button and shift-Tab maybe goes back to the reward but not consistently; creating these was a chore before, now it's painful, have to click fields.

The friendly Raitaru where we were performing some industrial activity had all of it's permanent offices dropped. We cannot deliver due to this until the owner comes back on and returns our offices.

    Hey CCP,

since the patch it's no longer possible to navigate certain UI elements with TAB (move to next part of UI element) or SHIFT+TAB (move to prev. part of UI element).
Was this change made on purpose / is this going to stay or is it a bug?

I guess it's the same issue here:

Every time they fix something, they break two. Why ?

Uh... are we sure it's just the Amarr and Caldari hangars? I docked up in all 4 racial stations earlier today and Gallente and Minmatar were amazingly dark as well with shaders on high. In the Minmatar station, you couldn't even see the ships passing by in the undock area behind your ship, just some faint lights. Not even the outlines.

I've tried adjusting the brightness slider but it doesn't help much.

Changing from high shaders to medium shaders helps a bit, changing from either of those to low shaders helps a lot, but then everything looks like crap. I have to change to low shaders in some missions and anoms where the gas clouds kill my framerates and make everything laggy anyway, but I would usually change back to high shaders for normal flying around from system to system and docking in stations.

Now I'm thinking about just staying on medium shaders 24/7 and changing to low if there's still lag with medium. Ugh.

But yes, please bring back the brighter stations to Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, AND Minmatar. It's so dark and depressing right now.

I just consumed a Rogue Swarm Acclerator, but according to the UI it seems like i now need more Time to train instead of less, i'm pretty sure Drones V took me 9 Days now it tells me it going to take 17 Days

That is indeed weird. Drones V is like a 4-5 day train as an omega. By you saying 9 days, I'm assuming you're alpha right now? But yeah, I would think 8, 9, 10 days tops as alpha, depending on mapping? 17, wtf?

Is it a bug or intended that the sites drop a single PLEX?

ie previous events occassionally had it drop a PLEX being the full value item, I just got a single nuPLEX and it would seem I am being trolled, i was excited then realised that it was not as exciting?

I've run ~40 sites and not gotten a single nuPLEX. 1 nuPLEX might not be a ton but hey, they add up now, that's kinda the point of them. Maybe 90%+ of the sites, 0 will drop, 9% or so 1 will drop, and maybe <1% for 10, 50, 100, or whatever to drop. Just keep on searchin'.

Happy with my skins and boosters, tho, so I can't complain.

I think they're saying the problem they're having is they can't see the right most column now without expanding the window side-to-side significantly. Presumably the rightmost column has the data they care about.

Maybe just allowing people to reorder the columns (like you can with an overview) would be all that's needed? That way, they can put the stat (distance, units, or volume) they care about the least to the far right so if it gets cut off by their window size, they won't care as much.

About rearranging the columns in Survey window:

This would be an idea, actually i don't Need the unit column any longer, before i had to claculate how many Units are in an Asteroid and how many Units i can harvest per cycle for every single oretype. this way i just have to calculate the volume of ore in the Asteroid versus how much volume i can gather per cycle to break cycle when there's no more ore in the roid. Rearranging the columns would be nice, i just would put the unit-column rightmost and make the Surveywindow small enough so ist not visible anymore, right now i have to close the unit-column as small as possible so i can read volume and distance, the two columns that matter to me. Another Point: could we break up the grouping of roids maybe optionally everyone can decide to group or not? i do mine almost anything in a belt most of the time, this way i could sort them all by distance instead of having to scroll around to the current oretype-group, expand, read and so on.

I would like to also voice my opinion on the new volume column in the survey scanner. I agree with the other pilots that either moving it to the end or allowing us to rearrange the tabs would be a good idea. distance is more important to me than volume. It is a matter of opinion but this is just one more vote on the removing it, allowing us to rearrange it, or allowing us to toggle it off. Thanks for the consideration

I seems from the replies here that there are a number of people who would like this option.
