Option to disable sound in launcher.

Some of the sounds the launcher makes for inexplicable reasons at seemingly random times can be rather irritating when you are in a tense situation and don't realise it's coming from the launcher and not some kind of alert from the game. Please add a tickbox to the launcher to diosable sounds.
