So I had an idea last night that I wanted to throw on the table.


Change the Stabber Bonus to


Minnie Cruiser:
10% Shield Booster and Armor Repair Capacitor Usage
10% Medium Turret Damage (keeping 4 turrets)

I felt like this was more Minmatar to have not more powerful reps, but more efficient ones. This also could go with other ships in the Minmatar lineup, but I'm looking at the stabber specifically as it is somewhat an underpowered ship
