For me "Small/Independent Miners of Hisec" are just other words for "people that want be left alone".

There are so many highsec indu corps of every size and language that I guess when people keep to themselves it is not because of lack of alternatives but because they simply want to.

And what would "punshing above their wight class" and "economic force" be anyway? People that don’t bother to join a corp will risk their ships to protect a fleet of strangers? Someone will go through the hazzle of organizing fleets, SRP and buyback programs as a free service for players that might be gone tomorrow instead of being director in an alliance?

Back in the days I tried to support regional intel channel which would be used to track sizeable merc/gankers relocations to keep miners/freighters and neutral POSpreys safe and kicking.
Very soon I found NO gratitude, but LOADS of blames, hatemails and locked rights/enormous taxes for times channel failed to help.
And that's where I decided that while CODE is not the best pill out there, Hi-sec actually needs a salvation.
