Hoping for more UI scaling

Hi!

I always now and then do some small things as market updates with my Microsoft Surface 4. The problem here is that everything on the screen in Eve is very small. I've put the UI scaling to 150% which makes it possible to do something, but I still have to squint alot to get the stuff done.

The problem is also in the launcher. I have to get real close to the screen in order to see which account I'm logging in with.

You can enable High DPI scaling in the launcher, from the E menu, Settings, Enable high DPI scaling.

Thank you. That really helps with the launcher. The game itself was not affected and could use a bit bigger scaling. The current is ok, but could be better.

This did fix the bigger issue I had though.

Hi

I filed some high-dpi issues a while ago.

Did you also test restarting the launcher a couple of times? My issue was the launcher grew every time you restarted it.

Also the in-game cursor is often to small to see at all. Only workaround I found was alt-tab to windowed mode and back to full-screen mode. The cursor goes small if you switch from game to desktop (without alt-tab), so for instance when you have an appointment toaster messsage popping up.

Hi,

Thank's for the tips.

No problems with the launcher now. I haven't run to the problem of constant growing.

I have the same issue with the in-game cursor. It's very small. I play in windowed mode and the alt+tab trick doesn't help. I actually do lot's of the stuff using the touch screen. It's a bit of a two edged sword. I don't have to find the cursor but hitting the right buttons is a bit difficult :)

Hi

The alt-tab only works if you play full-screen (it seems to restore the cursor size). Without it the cursor keeps shrinking.
