What happens if you safe log while being bumped? Same for safe logging while tethered to a citadel but INSIDE a bubble? Do either of these stop your ship from disappearing safely?

I haven't specifically tested either scenario, but it should work according to this. Until you take aggression, safe losing remains viable and seems like the smart move in the event of a highsec bump. But any movement commands will cancel the log off, so it requires you to commit to it.
