If your character has 39+ M SP...then you might want to toss out that appraisal program. Take a look at other characters on the forums and you will notice that you can probably get 27+Billion for this character.

theres no kill rights
char has positive wallet but only a few thousand isk

Alright. Ir when i get home i have the isk on char and tour account info on ingame mail ill transfer the isk to my main character and do the tramsfer imediatelly
