That's easy...

Change the bandwidth of ice drones so people can use 5 of it and then increase the cycle time 5 times.

In the end you will need 5 drones to do the same job. That is called ballance..

1.000 m³ per minute x 1 drone?
or
1.000 m³ each 5 minutes x 5 drones?
