As title suggests, I'm looking to purchase a C2 WH. I would prefer statics HS/C3, but I will consider HS/C4 as well.

Preferences:
All structures transferable or no structures. AKA unoccupied or seller is moving out or wants to join alliance
Pocos transferable (not a deal breaker, but preferred)
Decent PI. Doesn't have to be perfect of course.

I will pay any brokers fees. Please contact me if you have/find anything!
