Cannot turn Characters head in Recustomization

This has been affecting me for a while now but whenever I go to recustomization and enter portrait mode I cannot turn my characters head left. This is happeneing on both my laptop and my desktop so I don't think it's related to local data. This only started happening after I made a portrait with the character looking over her shoulder with her standing with her right shoulder towards the camera. Since then whenever I try to edit the pose her head won't go left only right.
