Hey everyone o/

Quick question here that I've been trying to wrap around. I've done a lot of 6/10's and a lot of 10/10's, but can't find which one makes more isk in the end? For Sansha 6/10's and Sansha 10/10's which is better to run for overall profit or which is better in the long run to do or are they pretty dead even?

So far I think 6/10's pay out better than the 10/10's but I do get a good few drops from the 10/10's that make me question which is a better option to run in the long run.

Any help would be great!

6/10, but the sites you run to get the escalation are quite bad isk/h

Yeah that was what I was thinking too about the 6/10's being more worth it. But yeah I also agree, with the tics I get from a 6/10 range from 13M - 17M and the tics I can get from running havens are from 22M - 50M (depending on ships of course) might have to see if I can change that or to see what I can do about that...

But overall running a 6/10 might take from 30 minutes to 45 minutes depending on ship and fit and running a 10/10 takes about an hour overall.

factor in the prob to get the site.
let's say it's 5%. so average one out of 20 sites you get an escal. which requires you to make a 40 min run for 6, 1h20 for 10 (with time to scout/travel).

so avg is (money anom*20 + money ded)/(time anom*20+ time ded) isk/h.
you compare it to your avg anom ratting isk/h

I think you are miss under standing guigui lechat , I think he mains that if you are running low end Anoms you will most likely get less isk per hour (from Anoms) than running the higher end Anoms.

In the end of the day the DED most likely make up a small % of the total income (6/10 is an average of 100-200mil per site) but you might every well earn many times that from the anoms between sites.

That's why I ponderate the anoms by 20 if the chance for anom is 5%

If you want to compare you need either
- to have enough of them to have a correct notion of average
- to model the gain with a precise enough model.

if you model the gain for anoms+ded isk/h you need to fractor in the chance of ded, which I chose 5% as example.

So now you may tell me where I mis understood.
