where are these skins?!

Are skins obtainable in-game anywhere, like from npc drops? I love these justice skins but no one is selling them and they're not available for plex.

there are some 30 day skins that can be dropped by npcs, not sure exactly who drops what though.

also every so often ccp has some events that drop skins, see the Guardian's Gala skins, the crimson harvest skins, also cold iron and purity of the throne.

Limited edition, so, have to find someone selling some.

Limited edition, so, have to find someone selling some.

They did that for kador too though. Theyre gonna bring them back.

They have to finish all the broken sets.
Like where's the Sarum maller, Abaddon, or apocalypse, or khanid Abaddon.

I think imperial arm skins AR limited cause there's only three and none on market usually.
But main factions should have skins for all ships

Limited edition skins are a dumb idea and should be scrapped. Make all skins available for purchase all the time.

Why? There is nothing wrong with having a little exclusivity behind the skins.
It also helps to prevent over crowding in the store.

Although I do think it would be nice to have some of the skins get a limited te-release. Hell even if it was only for one weekend once a year or so. Or have some of the more long running skins get switched out for a different one.

I think the PLEX change sort of made the SKIN market completely dead.. at least the SKIN's are possibly limited in runs so that makes the old ones the more valuable.

Here's an idea:

Make skins manufacturable in game. They have blueprints, a list of ingredients, etc. Perhaps they are temporary and wear off after a while, which means you'd have to buy a new one.

It crashed it at least.

I for myself am a little annoyed. The only 5 skins I would care about are not realy avaiable, or if I see them, they cost about as much as a fething carrier or a titan.....
Bharghest- or Orca-skin and the like. And of course they are not in the NES.
And thats the two reasons I don´t care about the NES. No skins I would buy and the atm messed-up skin-market ingame.

I like this thought as well or if it was a rare drop maybe from their respective factions

They're meant for the people who can afford them. People place value in rarity, and if you know that a skin would have costed a player several billions of isk, you not only admire it from the aesthetic point of view, but the work put into it as well.
It's an aesthetic measure of how much isk a player has. Smile

not really 'cause they were fairly easy to obtain when the sale was on, it was just arbitrarily limited. It would be less of an annoyance if there were more skins available to choose from but the general selection is very limited as well.
