EVE Launcher

I had this problem today, this is what worked for me:
Go to [username]/AppData/Local/CCP, backup the "EVE" folder, then delete it (or just change the name). Next time you run the launcher, it won't see any data so it will make a new, clean folder and should run correctly. If you want to restore your old settings, go to the backup you made of the "EVE" folder and look for a folder in there whose name is based on your eve install directory (for example, default in Win7 will be something like "c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility"). This folder contains your settings, so copy that folder from your backup into the new EVE folder at [username]/AppData/Local/CCP/EVE.

I don't think it is necessary to do that fix and reinstall first, but I cannot be sure.
I'm on Windows 7 x64, and directories may be different on a different OS.

FWIW, debug.log said "Failed to load G:\EVE\Launcher\resources\qtwebengine_devtools_resources.pak", so I'm guessing that the Qt software that actually renders everything in the launcher wasn't working and a forced reinstall of it was needed.

Neither of these things worked for me
