Make agents more talkative

Dear developers,

while playing this game now for a long time I noticed that agents and especially the prerequisites to use them are not really transparent in the game. While for example for standard agents you can find out with some searching in the Info tab that you need to have a specific standing to use them, this is not true for special agents like COSMOS agents (e.g. Nossa Farad). This is really annoying and it usually ends up people being frustrated or spamming you with petitions.

It would be really more intuitive and useful if agents would be more talkative, in the sense that they would tell you what to do and maybe give you even hints what you need to achive to be able to use them. If I talk to an agent and if he doesn't want to give me a mission it would be nice if I could ask things like "Tell me what do I need to do to work for you?". The answer should be in case of Nossa Farad like this "Okay man, you really need to have a good standing with my faction. So please don't bother me any more until you have at least a standing of 3.0 with Amarr Empire."

Thank you for your attention,

I agree that is better than the current system. Yes, currently agents point out the agent finder if you can't use them, but this goes a step further. Currently, the most critical information about an agent is buried in the info box. In fact, the the information is in two places: the standings requirements and the standings status are on two different tabs. They should be moved to the same tab, and IMHO be the first tab. Putting this information in the agent dialog is a natural and intuitive.

I would like to add to this idea: have level 1 and 2 agents also give links to how agents, missions, and PvE fittings work.
