launcher broken

after todays update launcher is broken. dropped bug report. pls dont ignore. attached logs.

they are being ignored many of us a completely fecked because of same problems

I logged in 20+ accts to consolidate my PLEX bonus with no problem. Add to that that I see that there are currently 30,000 players logged in and I think CCP taking a look at this is not a huge priority.

There's simply not enough players affected to make it a primary focus of today's many bug fixes.

I have a similar problem. I get stuck at the login screen, can se the image of my char but no text at all. And when i click the char i want to start nothing happens.

Verify your cache in launcher. Its in the upper right corner, press ≡ button, then press "Shared Cache" option and you will find it there. It worked for me some time ago.

not a cache issue. i uninstalled eve, installed launcher... same issue.

launcher window opens, but remains blank.

It worked for character screen bug tho.

Seems like its something what is affecting not only you. I think CCP will have to fix it fairly quick. No point of paying for a game you cant play. CCP is probably wise enough to realize this.

Thanx... i ended up reinstalling the game. That helped...

Every time I update the launcher, it crashes, but then the launcher seems to work just fine afterwards.

I have the same problem. I keep making tickets, they keep deleting them. Now I remember why I quit EVE a few years ago.

Good morning,

I have just talked to a member of the ISD Bug Hunting team, they have bug reports regarding the launcher and will investigate each issue as soon as they can.

For now, please make sure you do not file multiple support tickets. If you create duplicate support tickets you increase the work load on the Game Masters team and increase the amount of time it takes them to respond for each active person. In regarding to tickets and bug reports in general, if you have more information you want to add to an ongoing request please update the open ticket or bug report rather than creating a new one.

Please also note a Bug Report will not get you direct support but is instead used to inform CCP of ongoing bugs so that they can investigate and fix bugs. If you need personal help with an ongoing issue, you should file a support ticket instead.
