I'm returning after a VERY long absence and it seems I have a ton of items in LQ-AHE. Does anyone know the Corp or Alliance that owns that area? I'd like to arrange safe passage.

As said, this is not the correct place for this discussion. However, the alliance you seek is Kids With Guns Alliance. For future reference you can obtain this information from the DOTLAN website, which has maps of EVE and details on the systems.
