Project Discovery - Matching Behavior

The matching/grading behavior of Project Discovery seems to be off - either that, or I am more ignorant of how it's supposed to work than I thought. Got a slide that seems to clearly display matches for Nucleus, Nuclear Bodies (many) and Cell-to-Cell Variation. Was graded as only having Nuclear Bodies (few). I've stained cells in real life before, so I'm not entirely unfamiliar with this discipline... I've linked to many screenshots of the slide in question. Please advise.
