Hai Fellas!
I need a good setup that are able to defend itself "fortizer"
What skills it need to anchor it? How long till its anchored and good to go?

check skill book category under structure management?
There are 3-4 new skills there but im not sure you have to have the skill books to use the modules for defence but the skills merely reduce cap use or make the modules more effective.

The skill would include being able to lead or hire a 50-100 ship fleet for defense. There is no way a Fortizar can defend itself alone. Especially in highsec, with severely crippled self-defense options.
