I'm getting the above errors in terminal when I run the script. The launcher starts, however, when I try to log in the game never comes up.

I'm using Mint Linux.

Do you have compability openssl installed and symlinked/copied to evelauncher folder?

I've a similar problem. It is a clean installation of Mint. When I start the script, the eve launcher appears briefly and than quit with the same log as Inglor Telemnar.

This is my log:

If I double click on the evelauncher.sh my desktop freezes and I have to hard reboot the PC (not tried to ssh to it to see if it is only X that is blocked).


Do I need to install Steam?
