CCP where the foch is my damn plex.

Bought 1100 plex last night on web site.
didn't get it in my REDEEM ITEMS.

Said screw it & CCP went to bed.

Woke this morning got email from CCP that the transaction had went through.
took that goddamned long but ok wtf. Logged in.

Plex was in store like Arum. Weird but ok.

Bought 1000 plex (500x2 for one month each) so I could sell for isk on the market.
Now I can't find it. I'm pissed off. Almost 40 bucks is gone.
plex vault my ass. there isn't one that I can find.
I'm about 15 different flavors of pissed off. Where's my sh*t !?!?

Found the plex vault.

only has 120 plex.

Where the foch is the Omega game times I paid 1000 plex on in the store?

Customer service isn't CCP's strong suit. They continue to do shady stuff like slip in the patch notes that PLEX can no longer be used to pay for character transfers and say nothing about it until they get called out about it, and this is no different. Make an announcement! Let your customers know that this is being worked on! Keeping people in the dark is not good customer relations. Just sayin...

Except you know, CCP did say about the plex for character transfers as soon as they noticed which was BEFORE the patch happened.

And @Op, entitled much? You are demanding that they resolve a problem in a certain time frame with no idea what the actual cause of it is. Or for that matter if it's a user error because you activated for omega for two months, since you claim to be missing a perfect 1000 Plex, while your initial post said you bought 1100.

You are correct about CCP making an excuse prior to patch (4 days prior) however, they did not make any statement until a player called CCP out for just slipping that information into the patch note without any kind of announcement. That looks shady on CCP's part.

Look...I honestly don't care if CCP wants to change things, raise the price of PLEX, get rid of the character bazaar, whatever. It's their IP and they have every right to do as they please with their game. And I'm not saying that the change to using PLEX to pay for character transfers isn't truly a technical limitation (I'll give CCP the benefit of the doubt here). What I'm upset about is a lack of consideration towards the player base (CCP's customers) by CCP. Tell me about the changes and why those changes are being implemented. Don't be shady about it and try to sneak it into the patch notes without saying something about it.

Customer service can make or break a business. If a business even looks shady or does shady things then I need to re-evaluate my continued support to that business.

I didn't go looking for shady stuff. I wasn't the one who called CCP out on that matter. Heck, I usually don't post in the forums but I do feel strongly about what has transpired and therefore I will speak my mind good sir!

I don't like being taken for granted. Perhaps you're the kind of person that says "thank you sir may I please have another!" Perhaps you are but I am not! Feel free to bury your head in the sand if that is what you wish.

IMO(not that anyone cares) i have found CCP customer service excellent compared to other games,also i think you would have had to really go out of your way to miss the plex changes considering they put them in your face every time you start up your eve launcher for the last few weeks.
