Inverted camera issue

Very randomly when I log in the camera movement is mesed up, which is especially noticeable in system map when probing. Its like it was inverted, moving the mouse down moves camera up and vice versa. Not sure how to describe it.

It is happening randomly and re-log fixes it so I don't know how to reproduce it.

Anyone else get the same issue?
